Terms of Service

TravelVibe (the "Platform") is an information matchmaking and recommendation service. Using AI, we generate travel itinerary suggestions based on your preferences and help connect you with vetted local experience providers.

The Platform is not a travel agency and does not itself provide tours, dining, transport, accommodation, or other travel services. All actual experiences are provided by independent third-party providers.

The Platform does not charge users any fees and never collects payment online.

All experience fees are paid by you directly to the provider in person, at the agreed amount, in cash (or another method the provider accepts) when you meet. The Platform never handles, holds, or transfers any funds.

Our revenue comes from commissions paid by partner providers. This does not increase your cost — you pay the same price as booking with the provider directly.

Our role is limited to providing itinerary suggestions, presenting provider information, and facilitating introductions and booking intentions. We are not a party to any experience transaction.

Providers are independent operators. No employment, agency, or partnership relationship exists between them and the Platform. The quality, safety, legality, punctuality, and performance of a provider's services are the sole responsibility of that provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any loss, injury, or dispute arising from the acts, omissions, or services of third-party providers. We recommend you verify details and exercise independent judgment before participating in any experience.

Itinerary suggestions are generated automatically by AI and are for reference only. AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information (such as opening hours, prices, routes, or weather suitability).

Final arrangements are subject to your confirmation with the provider. The Platform makes no warranty and accepts no liability for any consequences of relying on AI suggestions.

After you confirm a booking intention by submitting your email, we send confirmation to you and the relevant provider. Since no online payment is involved, cancellation requires no refund process.

You may cancel or modify most experiences for free up to 24 hours before; specific cancellation policies for individual experiences are stated on their detail pages. Please reply to the confirmation email or contact us via the details below.

You agree to provide truthful, accurate information (such as email and trip dates) and to comply with local laws at the destination and the reasonable requirements of providers.

You are responsible for your own personal and property safety, for participating in physical or higher-risk experiences within your ability, and for arranging your own visa, insurance, and other travel necessities.

The Platform's brand, interface, copy, itinerary templates, and other original content are owned by the Platform and may not be used commercially without permission.

Some images are sourced from third-party libraries; their copyright belongs to the original authors and they are used for illustrative purposes only.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Where liability is found, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law (given that we do not charge users).

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest date will be noted on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore (excluding conflict-of-law rules).
